Let me share my Escape Walk [26/01 -10/05/2022] Walking Performance Review.
Accumulated 2544460 Steps over past 105 days..Daily average 24233 Steps/Day..19.3864 KM/Day..0.4595 Marathon distance/Day [assuming 1 KM = 1250 Steps] Vs Target 25000 Steps/Day. The main reasons for this under performance are as follows:
Next Short/Medium Term targets are –
In order to achieve above, I have to maintain 9th year performance or better over next 2.5 years..i.e. 26445 Steps/Day.
Till date [10/05/2022 – 9th year completion], Walked Past 50374 KM Vs Target 48500 KM.
I am sharing above as Public Pledge, self inspiration / motivation.
