It was a great day, yesterday (19-04-2022) for me. Logged 10000+ hrs – 50,000+ KM – 62,500,000+ Steps of walking since 11th May 2013. Daily average, 19,137 Steps/Day with 15.31 KM/Day over 3266 Days (about 9 years).
In order to be healthy & fit, please accumulate 10000 Steps or it’s equivalent physical activities daily. And deposit the same in “Step Bank of Health” using SBH Pedometer App so that you become rich with respect to health and wellness.
