Walking Performance Review [ 1st January to 31st December 2021 ] – D Pratihar

Good Morning / Day …

Wish you all the blessings, good health, success, achievement, happiness and prosperity in New Year. Happy and Safe Year 2022.

In order to be healthy & fit, please accumulate 10000   steps or it’s equivalent physical activities daily. And deposit the same in “Step Bank of Health” using SBH Pedometer so that you become rich with respect to health and wellness.

Accumulated Steps – 7,352,250 Steps from 1st January 2021 (41912.96 KM) to 31st December 2021 (47794.76 KM) – Daily Average 20143 Steps/day

Walked distance: 5881.80 KM with a Daily Average of 16.115 KM/Day

Till 9th May 2021 is grossly underperformed – Only 722.63 KM in 129 days, averaging 5.602 KM/Day and 7002 Steps/Day. During this period, there was no active target, hence less motivation and less walking.

From 10th May to 31st December grossly over performed – 5159.14 KM walking = 21.86 KM/Day =27326 Steps/Day for over 236 Days. Walked more than half Marathon distance everyday. During this period, I have chased couple of set targets namely – Kolkata Mission Part 3, Independence Walk, Republic Walk, 100001+ KM in 20 years of walking, 9000 & 9500 Hrs Walking as well as America Discovery Trail. Higher the self imposed Goal, Higher the motivation.

================= Public Pledge ==================

>>   Target 10,000 Hrs– 50000 KM by 9th August 2022. However, based on Q4’2021 walking performance, I am targeting [Self promising on 16th December 2021] to achieve 10000 Hrs walking on or before 10th May 2022

 

>>   Walking of Rahul Dravid’s (Test+ODI+FC) runs scores – 47971 Runs/KM by 31st March 2022

 

>   America Discovery Trail [8020 KM distance, started on 27-08-2020 ] Walking completion by 30th April 2022 – on Progress

 

>>   9th Year Walking Completion on 10th May 2022 – 48500 KM

 

>>   Saurav Ganguly’s Total Runs (Test + ODI + FC + List A – All formats) – 49884 Runs/KM by 31st July 2022
